Our partnering factory covers an area of 53000 m2 and a construction area of 24000 m2. We have a total of 7 production workshops in use, and a total of 15 chemical reaction systems, that can produce chemical reactions such as Hydrogenation, Oxidation, Bromination, Amidation, Grignard, and Esterification.

 

Our in-house R&D staff collaborates with several universities and laboratories for extended research and development of novel chemicals. By enhancing the technique of our production process, allows us to maintain a competitive edge within the chemical production sector.

 

Our value-added production system has allowed us to provide chemical processing services for Asia, Europe, America, and South America.

 
Our production facility currently holds ISO 9001, ISO14001, and BS OHSAS 18001 certificates, and all production processes are operated strictly according to GMP standards.

Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health (EHS) is an integral value of our company, which we apply to all of our operating activities.
 
We adhere to a sustainable development strategy, and always factor in the environmental and social responsibility within our business. Our commitment to EHS encompasses the following:

EHS policy ensures a balanced relationship of corporate and community growth by providing a clean and safe work and living environment.

We strictly abide by the laws and regulations related to national and local standards. We actively implement all Responsible Care guidelines, global chemical production chain code of conduct, a strict follow of safety, and implement health and environmental protection programs.

All commercial reaction chemical manufacturing operations are performed using the HAZOP method for Processing Hazard Analysis (PHA)

We care for employees and provide them with a safe and healthy working environment at all times. We produce using automated transformation, thus reducing exposure to chemicals.
 
PPE is worn by our employees at all times, to reduce job hazards, occupational injuries during production.

 

We schedule regular safety and health training sessions, covering raw materials, technology, equipment, operations, and EHS codes, to increase awareness and improve employee knowledge.

We are constantly increasing our environmental protection and sustainability standards, through the use of environment-friendly technology. We optimize existing production processes and are committed to conserving natural resources and improve energy efficiency.

 

We actively carry out clean production audits to help us identify how we can increase clean production and reduce energy consumption.

We are committed to continuously improve EHS management performance. We regularly organize various EHS-site inspections to mitigate risks to prevent and reduce accidents.
