Mobile Device Instructions
1. | Install the Cash App mobile application on iOS or Android. |
2. | Register an account and link a debit card. |
3. | Go to the Settings page, under the Funds section select Add Credit Card. |
4. | Enter your card details and click Add Card. |
5. | If you have a debit card linked, you’ll be prompted to select a card when you send cash. NB: Payments sent from a credit card will incur a 3% fee which is added to the payment total (i.e. if you send $100.00 from a credit card, you’ll see a $103.00 charge to your card). |
6. | Open the Cash App mobile application. |
7. | Enter your exact order total as the payment amount. |
8. | Click PAY and you’ll be taken to a new page to enter recipient details. |
9. | In the TO: field enter Venogen’s $CashTag: $meliveno |
10. | In the FOR: field enter nothing. If you must enter something write “dinner“. NB: Do not enter anything indicating a commercial transaction or it may be frozen for review. |
11. | Click PAY and confirm your payment was successful. |
12. | Send an email to support@venogen.com so we can confirm your payment including Order# and Payment type in the subject line. If the payer name does not match the billing name, please provide it in the email body. |
13. | We will process the transaction within 1 business day. |

5. | Click PAY and confirm your payment was successful. |
6. | Send an email to support@venogen.com so we can confirm your payment including your Order# and Payment type in the subject line. If the payer name does not match the billing name, please provide it in the email body. |
7. | It can take 1 business day to process payment, on confirmation we will ship your order. |
