Contract Research Services (CRO)

Our contract research department can produce key analytical data to enable your company to produce commercially successful new compounds or improve existing chemical synthesis routes. We will work hard with your company to efficiently manage costs through optimised chemical synthesis routes.

More information about the CRO services can be found here

Contract Manufacturing Services (CMO)

We are able to test most organic and inorganic compounds at our partnering laboratory and possess a full variety of chemical analysis equipment. More information about our Chemical Analysis Services can be found here

Analysis Services

We are able to test most organic and inorganic compounds at our partnering laboratory and possess a full variety of chemical analysis equipment. More information about our Chemical Analysis Services can be found here

Packaging Facilities

Our cooperative packaging facilities possess multiple packaging certificates. Additionally, our QC testing methods ensure full traceability and product safety during product finishing.

We operate with the following certificates:

ISO22000:2005 UKAS

The ISO 22000 family of international standards addresses food safety management. The consequences of unsafe food can be serious, and ISO’s food safety management standards help organisations identify and control food safety hazards. As many of today’s food products repeatedly cross national boundaries, international standards are needed to ensure the safety of the global food supply chain.

HACCP MS1480:2007

Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) is a systematic preventive approach for reducing the risk of safety hazards during production. The areas of focus include biological, chemical, physical, and radiological hazards that can cause the finished product to be unsafe. HACCP designs measures to significantly reduce these risks and negative effects on finished products.

cGMP

Good manufacturing practises (GMP) are the step-by-step activities needed to comply with the guidelines to provide an audited log of each step of the manufacturing process. GMP guidelines provide a minimum standard to mitigate any error during any step of the manufacturing process. The main purpose of GMP guidelines is to produce an audited log of each step of the manufacturing process and prevent harm from occurring to the end-user. Read more about our GMP certification here

1-INNOCERT AA

The 1-INNOCERT certification process involves a two-stage assessment. Potential innovative companies are required to conduct an online self-assessment to gauge their preparedness to be certified as a 1-INNOCERT company. Upon completing the self-assessment, the online system will generate a Technology Innovation System Evaluation Index, ranging from 0 to 1,000 scores. A score higher than 700 is an indication that the company’s internal innovation system and processes are ready to comply with the requirement.

Production Facilities

Our factory covers an area of 53000 m2 and a construction area of 24000 m2. We have a total of 7 production workshops in use and a total of 15 chemical reaction systems that can produce chemical reactions such as hydrogenation, oxidation, bromination, amidation, grinding, and esterification.

We collaborate with several universities and laboratories for extended research and the development of novel chemicals. Enhancing the technique of our production process allows us to maintain a competitive edge within the chemical production sector.

Our facility currently holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001 certificates, and all production processes are operated strictly according to GMP standards.

EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)

We are committed to continuously improving EHS management performance. We regularly organise various EHS-site inspections to mitigate risks and reduce accidents.

SO Certificates: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001

All commercial reaction chemical manufacturing operations are performed using the HAZOP method for Processing Hazard Analysis (PHA)

Sustainable development

Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health (EHS) is an integral value of our company, which we apply to all of our operating activities.

We adhere to a sustainable development strategy and always factor in environmental and social responsibility within our business. Our commitment to EHS encompasses the following:

  • Protection of employees’ occupational health and safety
  • Environmental protection from harmful waste
  • Actively promotes clean production

EHS policy ensures a balanced relationship between corporate and community growth by providing a clean and safe work and living environment. We strictly abide by the laws and regulations related to national and local standards. We actively implement all Responsible Care guidelines, the global chemical production chain code of conduct, strict adherence to safety, and health and environmental protection programmes.

Environmental protection and clean production

We are constantly increasing our environmental protection and sustainability standards through the use of environmentally friendly technology. We optimise existing production processes and are committed to conserving natural resources and improving energy efficiency. We actively carry out clean production audits to help us identify how we can increase clean production and reduce energy consumption.

Employee safety and occupational health

We care for employees and provide them with a safe and healthy working environment at all times. We produce using automated transformations, thus reducing exposure to chemicals. To lessen workplace hazards and injuries during production, all of our employees wear PPE at all times. We schedule regular safety and health training sessions, covering raw materials, technology, equipment, operations, and EHS codes, to increase awareness and improve employee knowledge.
