What is RAD-140?
RAD-140 is a type of drug known as a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM). RAD-140 is a research chemical trademarked under the name Testolone by Matsudo Ltd. Human Research
A 2020 study of RAD 140 Testolone found that it has potential in the treatment of breast cancer by virtue of the fact that it is an androgen receptor agonist. The authors reported an elimination half-life of 45 hours for RAD 140 [d]
There are case studies documenting negative side effects following human consumption of Testolone RAD-140 and other SARMs. In a 2020 paper, the authors review cases of liver injury following human consumption of two SARMs, one of which was RAD-140 Testolone [h]. Another 2022 paper documents a similar incident of liver injury in a patient who had consumed Testolone RAD-140 [i]. In a 2022 paper, the authors review the history of adverse events in people who buy RAD-140 Testolone, noting that most users buy RAD 140 Testolone to build muscle mass [j].
